It seems like a lifetime ago that the closest things we had to social media were chat rooms and bulletin boards. In fact, it was a lifetime ago for some people! Personally, I loved the experience of interacting with other mothers when I had time. I can still remember when my third child was born, I sat at my computer and interacted with friends from around the country while feeding my child. It was amazing! Soon we had email lists, forums, and blogs with active comment sections. Our social media experience soon became our current-day plethora of ever-evolving sites such as Facebook. While I can sit back and marvel at how far we’ve come, many have never known anything else (like my children).

A Wealth of Experience

Once upon a time, my social media of choice was a toss-up between email lists and forums. Today, while I focus on Google Hangouts and Facebook (including Messenger), I also have experience with Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter. I’ve managed Facebook groups and pages, monitored forums, and helped promote merchandise on Pinterest. My natural grammar and spelling abilities have allowed me to work as a copyeditor for authors from around the world, and my fascination with search engine optimization has come in handy with bloggers.

Kelly helped me greatly when it came to an SEO issue that I was having on my site. She walked me through, step-by-step, exactly what needed to be done, and managed to fix the problem in minutes.

How Can I Help You?

Are you looking for help with SEO? Maybe you need someone on your team with experience managing Facebook groups. Do you need an editor for your blog–someone who can organize submissions as well as edit and format posts? Let’s talk! I’d love to help you look your best!

When I started posting links to the homepage of my website onto Facebook, I became frustrated at my inability to get Facebook to stop using my blog post photos as the associated image. I wanted it to use the homepage banner. To solve this problem, Kelly walked me through the process of installing and setting up the Yoast SEO plugin. It has a number of features that allow you to customize your presence on the web. Thanks to Kelly, I now have consistent branding over multiple platforms.
