Putting Out Fires is NOT Your Job
(Unless you’re a firefighter.)
It never fails: You sit down to work and your phone chimes. It’s a text from your bestie, wanting to set up a lunch date. You hop on a quick call (because it’s faster than texting) and before you know it you’re laughing so hard — and then you realize an hour has passed.
Once you hang up, your mind is whirling, so you decide to do some research instead of writing that sales page. Soon you have twenty tabs open on your browser, you’ve watched three short videos unrelated to your search, and you know more about some celebrity than you really wanted to know, thanks to Wikipedia.
Your stomach rumbles, so you decide to break for lunch early. After eating, and cleaning that one corner of the kitchen counter that you’ve been meaning to clean for a few days, you get back to your computer at 1:00 PM and see a notification that there are a dozen new emails waiting for you.
You know you need to get to that sales page, but one of those emails is a potential client, so you drop everything to reach out to them (which includes creating a three-minute video about yourself — honestly, how do people cram it all into three minutes?!).
Then a family member calls, needing a favor. Or a child comes into the room crying. Or your dog throws up on the carpet under your desk. Or… or… or…
Later, your husband asks what you did all day. And while you can’t quite recall all the little things you did, you do know you didn’t get that sales page done. It just didn’t seem as important as all the other things you did.
Sound familiar?
You’re not scatter-brained or unmotivated–you just need support and structure that honors your values and your life. Your real life!
I’m Kelly, and I can honestly say, “Been there, done that!”
Working for Yourself Takes Discipline
And accountability.
Understanding what’s a priority and what’s a distraction can be confusing at times.
After all, what’s happening right now (what we can see in front of us) seems so much more important.
Your work is important, too.
Sometimes we need someone to come alongside us and point out the important things we’re doing, to cheer for us, and even help us set priorities.
We need accountability.
That’s why I offer personal, prayerful accountability coaching–where we don’t just make to-do lists, we make progress that moves you forward in your business and calling.
Are you ready to change the way you set goals? Let’s do this!
An Accountability Coach is NOT Your Personal ‘Yes-Man’
They will…
Look at your goals objectively, and help you decide which align with your brand’s mission, vision, and values.
Help you break things down into bite-sized tasks — mini-goals — so you can accomplish them.
Brainstorm ideas for moving your business forward, cheer you on as you reach your goals, and call you out when you get distracted.

What Does Accountability Coaching with Me Look Like?
You’ve got two simple ways to work with me—because different seasons call for different kinds of support:
💻 Option 1: Twice-Monthly Video Calls
Every other week, we’ll hop on Zoom for a focused 30–50 minute coaching call (yes, your top knot, sweatshirt, and coffee mug are welcome here). During these calls, we walk through my trusted four-part ATTA Girl framework:
Appreciations (Praises) – Where have you seen God at work?
Trophies (Accomplishments) – What have you completed since we last talked?
Targets (Goals) – What’s the “next most important thing” you need to do?
Apprehensions (Prayer Requests) – Because I’m in this with you, spiritually and strategically.
📲 Option 2: Weekly Text Check-Ins
Prefer something a bit more low-key? One day a week you’ll receive a personalized message from me (texting platform of your choice) asking how things are going, what your goals are for the week, and where you need prayer (the same ATTA Girl framework mentioned above). You’ll reply back with your list, and I’ll help you stay on track—with encouragement, accountability, and maybe even a little tough love (the Jesus kind) during the week.
No matter which option you choose, you’re not doing this alone. I’m here to cheer you on, pray with you, and help you stay focused on what God is calling you to build.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I switch between Zoom calls and text check-ins if my schedule changes?
A: Yes! Life happens, and your business has seasons. You can switch formats anytime—just let me know and we’ll adjust your accountability plan accordingly.
Q: What do the weekly text check-ins actually look like?
A: Every Monday (or whatever day you choose), I’ll send you a message asking about your praises, accomplishments, goals, and prayer requests. You’ll reply with your updates, and I’ll follow up with encouragement, feedback, or gentle redirection if needed. It’s short, intentional, and powerful. I’ll check up on you between check-ins, and keep you in prayer during the week.
Q: What if I don’t hit my goals? Will I feel behind or embarrassed?
A: I sure hope not! This is a grace-filled space, not a guilt trip. My job isn’t to scold you—it’s to help you see what is working, and gently course-correct when needed. I’m here to help brainstorm ways to hit your goals, too. Progress over perfection, always.
Q: What is the Core 4 Call?
A: I’m so glad you asked! Learn more about it by clicking here.
Q: Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
A: Nope! It’s a month-to-month subscription. Stay as long as it serves you. Most clients find that a few months of consistent accountability can create powerful momentum—but the decision is always yours.
Q: Is this coaching faith-based?
A: Yes, if you are comfortable with it. Every part of my business is rooted in Christian values, prayer, and seeking the Lord’s direction. But, we can certainly keep our calls focused on business if you prefer. Regardless, once we start working together, I will be praying for you and your business.
